We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprises. Below you’ll find our standard rates for chimney sweeping and related services. If you’re unsure which service you need, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise.
All prices include a full chimney inspection, professional sweep, and a safety certificate for your insurance records.
Our Rates
What You'll Pay
- Standard Chimney Sweep: from £60
- Inglenook Fireplaces: £145
- Jetmaster Fireboxes: £75
- Unlined Stoves (closure plate access): £75
- CCTV Inspection (with sweep): £25
- Kitchen Ranges (oil or solid fuel): £75
- Bird Nest Removal: £85 for the first hour, then £25 per 30 minutes thereafter. Nest removals are only possible between September and January by law, and are not included in a standard sweep.
- Stove Maintenance: We offer rope and brick replacement, stove cement repairs, and glass replacement – prices vary depending on the manufacturer. Please ask for a quote.
- Attendance Fee: In the event we are unable to sweep due to access issues, poor installation, or other hazards, a standard attendance fee of £25 may apply.
